1. Service Description
MBO Foundation DAC ("MBO") provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology infrastructure for:
- PropTech: P2P real estate marketplace technology
- FinTech: Algorithmic trading software via API connection
2. Non-Custodial Nature
MBO does not hold, manage, or have custody of user funds. Our FinTech software connects to user-controlled exchange accounts via API with read-only withdrawal permissions.
3. User Obligations
- Maintain security of API credentials
- Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Use services only for lawful purposes
4. Fees
PropTech: Technology fees per transaction. FinTech: Success fees calculated as percentage of profits generated. Fee schedules are published on the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
MBO provides technology infrastructure only. We are not liable for trading losses, market conditions, exchange failures, or any financial outcomes resulting from use of our software.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Irish courts.
